During the first half of the 20th century, these tables were found in kitchens throughout America because of their sturdy design. When made from finer wood and accessorized with decorative chairs, they soon found their way into many dining rooms. Many of us grew up eating our family dinners around these tables. Handbuilt in Oak or Cherry.

When built of Oak, our pedestal tables come with one of two different foot options: a carved claw foot or a more simple empire foot. A more ornate ball-and-claw carving replaces the claw foot when the table is built of Cherry.
