Tom Seely collected
seats from defunct horse-drawn wagons that dotted the Virginia,
West Virginia and Maryland countryside after World War II. He later
mounted the seats on trestle legs, transforming them into benches.
The success he enjoyed selling these wagon seats marked the start
of Tom Seely Furniture. Handbuilt in Oak or Cherry.
